Do I receive a tracking number when my order is shipped?

You will receive a separate email from DHL/DHL Express with the tracking number and further details within 24 hours of receiving the shipping confirmation.

 

What do I do if my order has not arrived in full?

If, when assembling your products, you find that your order does not contain all the necessary parts or incorrect products, contact customer support via email: support@monstertech.de.

 

Why is my delivery late?

The delivery of your order may be delayed if you have ordered a particularly popular Monstertech product. If your order contains an item that is currently not available, delivery may also be delayed.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

The specified delivery address can be changed until your order is dispatched. To change the delivery address, please send us an email to support@monstertech.de stating your order number and the desired delivery address.

 

Where can I check the current status of my order?

The current order status can be viewed in the user account. If you need further details, you can also contact us by email.

 

Can I amend the order after completing my order?

If you have forgotten products when ordering, please contact us by e-mail stating your order number and the desired products.

 

Can I cancel my order?

An order can be canceled until the order status has been changed to "shipped". The cancellation of your order must be made in writing, stating your order number by email. What are the return terms at Monstertech?

Did Monstertech receive my payment?

As soon as we have received your payment, your order status changes from "on hold" to "in progress". If this is not the case after 2-3 working days, please contact us by email.
